Tools Required:

4mm Allen Wrench

5mm Allen Wrench

14mm Wrench

Instructions:

Step 1:

Using the 14mm wrench, loosen the nut located at the rear of the seat and remove the seat.

Step 2:

2.1 Utilize the 5mm Allen wrench to loosen the screw and washer on the upper section of the plastic panel.

2.2 Use the 4mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 screws and nuts on the upper part of the plastic panel.

2.3 Use the 4mm Allen wrench to loosen the 4 screws on the upper part of the plastic panel.

2.4 Loosen the 2 screws at the bottom of the plastic panel using a 4mm Allen wrench.

2.5 Use the 5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 screws on both sides of the plastic panel, remove the gas cap, and detach the plastic panel.

Step 3:

Carefully disconnect the 2 fuel lines using a plier and remove the fuel tank from the motorcycle.

Step 4:

Install the new fuel tank correctly and reconnect the fuel lines securely.

Tighten the nuts and screws as outlined in steps 2 and 1.
