Procedure

Tools necessary:

-spark plug wrench, 

-4millimeter allen wrench or socket 

-needle nose pliers,

Parts needed:

-ignition coil, 

-spark

 

Step 1:

Commence the procedure by removing

allen bolts at the base of pull starter cover,

using your 4millimeter socket.

 

Step 2:

Remove the fixing allen bolts from the 

pick up coil to the base of the engine.

Remove spark plug coil cap, 

using needle nose plier remove ground wire

 

Step3:

Remove old spark plug 

using spark plug wrench.

 

Reassembling procedure in reverse:

install your new spark plug.

 

Step4:

Using a cut business card for a gap

Install between rotor and pick up coil

Tighten the first bolt but not too tight

Tighten the second bolt down to the base

Carefully tighten bolts

Remove the business card

 

Attach your coil wire to your spark plug, 

the ground wire to your coil and procedure

Now you go ahead put your cover on.

 

Lastly you replace your pull starter cover.

Making sure your bolts lined up

And your pull starter catches your rotor wheel 

Also, your intake bolt is underneath your cover

Don’t overtighten your bolts hand-tighten is sufficient.
